The Riverhead Foundation encourages everyone to report sightings of marine mammals and sea turtles in New York waters.

To report a sighting you can:

• call 631.369.9840 ext. 15 and leave a detailed message with your name and contact information, date and time of the sighting, detailed location, animal's description and behavior.
• email us at sightings@riverheadfoundation.org and include any photos that you took
• download and fill out a sighting form and then mail it or fax it to:
