Research Methods

Research plays a vital role in the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation’s work. Through various methods including aerial surveys, satellite tagging, health assessment projects, and partnerships with other organizations, we are able to study the marine environment and it’s inhabitants. These research efforts allow us to continue carrying out our mission of preserving and protecting the marine environment.
